Is Zelesis NEO really undetectable?

Zelesis NEO is undetectable in most games thanks to its external processing and human-like input simulation, which avoids interaction with game memory or files. However, certain games with aggressive kernel-level anti-cheat systems — like Valorant and Splitgate — can detect even advanced external solutions. For those cases, we recommend pairing NEO with hardware-based methods like a KMBOX or Arduino to maintain stealth and avoid detection.

What games does Zelesis work with?

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Zelesis AI offers a 3‑day refund policy from the purchase date. You must request a refund within that time, To initiate a refund, contact support at contact@zelesis.com with your order number, purchase date, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days to the original payment method. Note: refunds may be declined if there's evidence of abuse, and the policy may change without notice.

Can I upgrade from Zelesis to Zelesis PRO?

Absolutely! You can upgrade to Zelesis PRO at any time. We'll calculate the prorated difference based on your current plan and remaining time. PRO users get immediate access to Zelesis NEO and all advanced features including custom model training and priority support.
